I love challenging the psychology and idealism my clients conform to; because unless I help them remove these barriers, I find that people don’t work to their full capacity. FAVOURITE EXERCISE: Burpees – it has taken me a long time to master the art of enjoying them and I would rather do burpees than run any distance events.
