Body Balance @ 5.45am Wednesday’s and 8.15am Saturday’/

What a powerful body balance this morning with the amazing Caitlin.

As early as it was, the room provided perfect atmosphere to such a challenging yet soothing combinations of powerful deep stretches.

What I loved most about the delivery of this mornings class was that we were given time to relax into the stretch, to hold the tension and go deeper. Quiet often the program can move too fast from pose to pose which leaves little time for the muscles to lengthen not to mention hurrying to keep in time with the instructor.

If you’re like myself and find it hard to tame your mind, I think its important to understand why YOU need to stretch.
